保育台灣紫斑蝶 林佳龍盼與墨西哥締結姐妹谷
台灣的紫斑蝶是世界上唯二會越冬型的蝴蝶之一，交通部長林佳龍今天說，希望可以讓台灣茂林的紫蝶幽谷跟墨西哥的帝王斑蝶谷締結姐妹谷，讓這兩種會越冬型的蝴蝶可以深入交流。
交通部觀光局今天舉辦「2019年紫斑蝶生態旅遊發展國際研討會」開幕典禮省錢方法發燒好康，交通部長林佳龍會前受訪表示，亞洲台灣的紫斑蝶與北美洲墨西哥的帝王斑蝶是世界上唯二會越冬型的蝴蝶。
林佳龍指出，這種會越冬的紫斑蝶每年冬天跟春天都會從北到南，再從南到北飛越，但過去交通的開發，也影響了紫斑蝶的遷徙路徑。
他說，不過12年前高速公路局首度架設防護網，讓「國道讓蝶道」，也引起了國際注意，更讓台灣的紫斑蝶致死率3%下降到千分之3。
林佳龍表示，希望可以推動台灣茂林的紫蝶幽谷跟墨西哥的帝王斑蝶谷，建立姐妹谷，讓雙方可以進行深入交流，拉抬紫斑蝶在國際的知名度，相信可以吸引許多國際人士來台追蝶。
林佳龍指出，紫斑蝶過去10年來數量越來越多，研究也越來越多，未來可以做生態旅遊的亮點，
觀光局表示，今年清明節期間，高速公路局在國道3號林內段251K至253K辦理「紫蝶飛越防護網」的路殺防治工作中，捕捉到去年高雄市茂林區標放的小紫斑蝶，同時記錄到近十年瞬間最大量的穿越量，於3月25日甚至到達每分鐘1200隻的「紫斑蝶河」奇觀。
觀光局說，研討會是交通部首次邀請北美洲帝王斑蝶推廣單位「帝王斑蝶教師網絡」（Monarch TeacherNetwork, MTN）至台灣分享跨國境、跨越不同棲地型態的公民教育案例。（中央社）

（中央社馬德里16日綜合外電報導）效力西甲巴塞隆納的阿根廷足球巨星梅西（Lionel Messi）今天演出西甲生涯第31次帽子戲法，幫球隊以5比0血洗萊萬特（Levante），拿下3分積分重登西甲榜首。
31歲的梅西上週在巴塞隆納對西班牙人（Espanyol）的同城德比大戰裡演出兩記驚天自由球進球，今天又獨進3球完成帽子戲法，本季西甲進球數已達20球。
巴塞隆納今天另2個由蘇亞雷斯（Luis Suarez）與皮克（Gerard Pique）的進球，也都是梅西傳出。
