oBike流落偏鄉縣府：通報就處理 | 基宜花東 | 地方 | 聯合新聞網
台東常見有oBike停放閒置在偏鄉，甚至是離島，這些流落偏遠地區的自行車，台東政府表示，只要民眾通報就請廠商移除。記者尤聰光／攝影分享 facebook 因應無樁式共享自行車oBike總公司停止營運，不比價撿便宜省錢王少引進縣市將這些無人管理的車輛當廢鐵拖吊移除，2017年4月引進上路的台東縣，雖自行車數量少，但地理環境幅員遼闊，車輛分布較廣，造成縣府後續處理的困擾。台東縣政府表示，目前仍在台東縣境內的oBike數量，初估不到300台，市區已較少見，大多分布在縱谷及東海岸線的觀光景點，因台東地理遼闊，常見有oBike本周限時購買折扣停放閒置在偏鄉，甚至是離島，對這些流落偏遠地區的自行車，將設法請廠商自行處理。. } }); } 縣府強調，oBike在台東仍有連絡窗口，民眾通報縣府1999專線，就會請廠商移除，廠商7天內沒有逕行處理，就會請當地鄉鎮公所視為棄置車輛移除。「該整頓還是要整頓！」陳姓市民表示，oBike雖在台東觀光發展上有助益，但是亂象層出不窮，尤其是承租人公德心薄弱，自行車隨處擺放，熱銷商品超實用且廠商回收處理消極，管理欠佳，期盼公部門能夠拿出魄力搶購限時商品整頓。

索尼花570億台幣併購EMI

日本索尼公司（Sony）今天宣布，將以十九億美元，合台幣約五百七十億的金額，收購知名音樂出版與唱片公司「EMI」。

索尼執行長「吉田憲一郎」發佈聲明說，他們已經簽署合約，向一間投資公司，收購EMI公司百分之六十的股權，而索尼也因此，總共持有EMI公司百分之九十的股權，正式成了EMI的大股東。

「吉田憲一郎」在聲明中表示，索尼對EMI加入索尼這個大家庭，感到開心；這也保證了索尼，在音樂出版業龍頭的地位。

EMI是全球營收第二高的音樂出版公司，擁有約兩百一十萬首歌曲的版權。
