前董座林蔚山才發監 大同涉內政部招標弊案遭搜索
【鏡週刊報導】前內政部資訊中心主任施明德涉嫌向科技廠商收賄500萬元涉貪汙及洗錢等罪遭收押，台北地檢署今(5日)再度指揮廉政署發動搜索約談，密赴大同等公司調取資料並約談相關人等，禍不單行的是，大同前董座林蔚山涉掏空公司資產被判8年定讞，今天也被檢方發監執行。
本刊掌握，北檢施明德涉嫌貪瀆案，今天上午指揮廉政署搜索大同公司及神通公司等2地，並約談相關被告及證人共6人，目前仍漏夜偵訊中。
施明德被控利用主導多起標案機會，涉嫌圖利特定廠並收取回扣，其中包括金額超過7活動產品億元的陸客來台線上申請平台及入出國查驗系統及5,200萬元的入出國查驗暨自動通關系統委外建置案。

市府設住戶反騷擾部門 調查逼遷案
市長白思豪(Bill de Blasio)日前宣布過去一年紐約市平價屋新增9140套，打破1989年以來的歷史紀錄，市府並將成立住戶反騷擾部門(Tenants Anti-Harassment Unit)，為租客提供法律服務。
白思豪說，市府去年為3萬2116套平價屋提供資金，打破1989年市長郭德華(Ed Koch)在任時期提供2萬5243套平價屋的紀錄。此外還新建了9140套平價屋，也打破紀錄，其中60%的住房提供給年收入4萬7000元以下的三口之家家庭。
白思豪表示，市府提供的平價屋數量在紐約市歷史上非常罕見，但市府不會止步於此，未來將提供更多新工具來幫助住戶享有應獲得的權益，例如成立住戶反騷擾部門，調查逼遷和騷擾事件，提供應急舉措，與樓宇局及相關部門合作，為住戶提供法律資源。
市府的住戶反騷擾部門由十名員工組成，其中有兩名律師，他們將對做出不道德行為的房東和戶主發起訴訟，團隊會根據數據和資料，確認涉嫌和潛在逼遷的樓宇，並對逼遷事件做出應急舉措，協助住戶。
該部門也會幫助紐約市房屋保護和開發局(HPD)，提高對潛在逼遷樓宇的調查數量，從每年200棟增至每年1500棟，HPD也會對被查出逼遷行為的樓宇，進行民事處罰。
白思豪去年年底推出「紐約住房2.0」(Housing New York 2.0)計畫，更新他上任時提出的十年計畫，把原定的20萬套平價屋升級為30萬套，紐約市目前新增的平價屋數量已提前超額完成。十年計畫的每年預定新增平價屋數量，正以每年增加2萬5000套的數量遞增，若按此速度，白思豪的「紐約住房2.0」計畫將提前實現。
