台南市政府打算推動古蹟園區使彌月送禮推薦熱賣商品英文用者付費的概念，未來台南市民入園可能需付費，圖為赤崁樓。 圖／聯合報系資料照片 分享 facebook 台南市古蹟林立，每年吸引眾多觀光客造訪，目前有23處古蹟委外經營，至於沒有委外的古蹟，市府打算推動使用者付費概念，原本免費入園的台南市民，未來可能需付費，目前收費價格尚未擬定。台南市長黃偉哲昨表示，古蹟收費其來有自，過去赤崁樓、億載金城等台南古蹟都有收費，故宮博物院等其他縣市園區也都有收費，可作為清潔、館藏維護等必要開支，基於使用大力推薦最便宜者付費，收費是應該的。. } }); } 黃偉哲說，古蹟屬公益性，以能否維持為目的，因為使用公帑規畫、維護，去參觀的人享用全體市民給予的經費，這樣對於沒去使用的人產品團購熱門產品可能造成省錢王暢銷排行不公平，故非營利性質古蹟適度收費，希望大家能多諒解。對於市府擬向在地人收取古蹟入園費用，有市民大力支持；不過有人表示，平常多是老人家去散步，為了小錢讓老人少了一個散步地方是不智之舉，還有人認為市府在搶錢，收費後就會很少人去，恐會變成不熱門，建議市府三思。
多顆「黑糖珍珠」竄出眼框 竟是惡瘤得摘眼保命

提到黑色素瘤，一般人第一印象多停留在「是致死率很高的皮膚癌」而已，卻不知道黑色素瘤長在眼睛的也不少！台北榮總去年一口氣就收治5個病例，且因此需要摘除眼睛，連第一線的醫師都驚呼，發生在眼睛的黑色素瘤似有增加的趨勢，提醒千萬別忽略眼皮或眼白上短期內迅速增大或變厚的「痔」或「黑斑」。
44歲的黃小姐，覺察右眼眼白冒出黑斑超過10年了，因不痛不癢，視力也正常，一直不以為意，直到去年發現黑斑越變越大，且侵犯到整個眼晴表面，甚至長出類似珍珠奶茶的「黑糖珍珠」一樣的結節變化，就醫切片證實為惡性黑色素瘤。
台北榮總眼科部眼矯型科醫師黃渝芸表示，黃小姐就醫時，黑色素瘤幾乎已經「吃掉」整個眼睛，360度都受到侵犯，不得不接受全眼窩、包括眼球切除手術，以確保能完整切除黑色素瘤，及保留足夠安全距離，手術後9個月，追蹤復良狀況良好。
眼睛是僅次於皮膚，黑色素瘤第二好發的位置，台北榮總眼科部眼矯型科主任蔡傑智說，且從眼皮到眼白，眼睛從裡到外的各個部位都有可能罹患惡性黑色素瘤，榮總光去年就收治5個病例，似乎有增加趨勢，且皆需要摘除眼睛，甚至必要犧牲眼窩內的所有肌肉、神經，以求斬草除根。
台北榮總過去20年來，手術證實為眼睛黑色素瘤案例共有87例，該院統計，侵犯部位涵蓋眼睛各部位，其中又以眼內葡萄膜黑色素瘤占最多，平均年紀50歲。
蔡傑智提醒，台灣葡萄膜黑色素瘤約每年每百萬人口約有0.6例，年紀大、長期曝露在陽光紫外線下，或經常曬太陽燈把皮膚曬成棕黑色都是風險因子，一旦發現眼皮或眼白上的黑色素斑顏色發生明顯改變，變深黑或變得混濁而黑灰白交錯，黑色素斑邊緣變得不規則等危險徵兆，應盡早到專業的眼科醫師接受詳細的檢查。
蔡傑智強調，一般良性的色素斑並不用過度去擔心它，但只要有短期的異常變化、視力變差、眼淚帶血或摸到眼周圍附近的腫塊，則不要掉以輕心。黑色素瘤若能及早診斷及早治療，才能切除乾淨，且有機會完全治癒。
