光仁中學感覺統合訓練中心 免費幼兒早療 | 中小學 | 文教 | 聯合新聞網
光仁中學與永東扶輪社合作，在校內成立感覺統合訓練中心，提供幼兒早期療育。 圖／讀者提供 分享 facebook 據醫學統計，台灣地區有17%的幼兒在成長過程中出現感覺統合失調，早期可能有手眼不協調等症狀，如未治療可能變成發展遲緩。台北永東扶輪社與新北市私立光仁中學合作，在校內成立感覺統合訓練中心，結合醫療團隊免費為幼兒進行早期療育。光仁中學校長江書良表示，學校特別撥出2間近百坪的空間做為「知覺動作教室」，並與永和耕莘醫院等專業醫療團隊合作，提供板橋及新北市有早療需求的學童使用。. } }); } 永東扶輪社社長林正銘表示，他們以「運用感覺統合訓練提升孩童基礎學科學習成效計畫」，向國際扶輪提出申請，經過近1年審核，獲核發約170萬元經折扣情報撿便宜購物費，是全台唯一獲經費的全球指標型計畫。林正銘說，成立感覺統合訓練中心有3項目標，包含撿便宜購物好康平台設立知覺動作教室、成立醫療團隊和加強社區宣導，後續還會到社區宣導，確認需求，並拉醫療團隊穩定提供服務。永和耕莘醫院小兒科主任周彥廷示範特教班學生使用該教室，包含擲球訓練手眼協2018熱門產品活動產品調、穿越圓筒訓練平衡感等。周彥廷表示，6歲以前是發展遲緩治療的黃金期，3歲以前若確診即接受治療最選購指南必買清單理想。周彥廷表示，中心將結合職能治療、物理治療及語言治療等專業人員，一起為新北學童服務。校方表示，有需求的幼兒家長可免費向光仁中學申請（02）29615161。
香港主權轉移以來 台港關係起伏不定
（中央社記者張謙香港22日電）香港主權轉移已超過20年，在各方面出現很多變化，但香港與台灣之間的關係，卻因北京當局貫徹「一中」原則，顯得起伏不定。
香港主權轉變之初，台港兩地關係大致上保持穩定，到民主進步黨於2000至2008年執政期間，台港關係出現逆轉。
所以如此，外界普遍認為是北京背後操作，因為相對於英國殖民統治時期，北京當局在貫徹「一中」原則上更加徹底，沒有空間可言。
而當時台灣的執政黨被指不承認以「一中」為基礎的「九二共識」，導致台港過去的一些交流被中斷。
國民黨於2008年上台執政後，隨著兩岸關係好轉，台港關係顯然在北京當局的背後操作下開始回暖。
比如，在前總統馬英九任內，台港雙方在原有駐點機構以外各自成立了「港台經濟文化合作協進會」和「台港經濟文化合作策進會」，兩會定期召開會議，討論經貿文化合作議題。
2011年底，香港特別行政區政府在台設立機構，名為「香港經濟貿易文化辦事處」。此前，台灣駐港機構中華旅行社也獲准易名為「台北經濟文化辦事處」。
從港英政府到香港主權轉移後的10餘年，中華旅行社曾被不少人誤解為民營旅行社，這次易名令其地位提升，較具官方色彩。
但民進黨於2016年再次上台執政後，台港關係又回到前總統陳水扁時代的冷凍期，首先反映的就是香港當局封殺民進黨人士入境。
綜合媒體報導，2016年8月之後，陸續有多名民進黨籍立法委員被禁止入境香港。此外，香江論壇邀請一些被視為民進黨的學者專家，也未獲港府發給證件入境出席論壇。
台港關係進入冷凍期的另一個例子，是策進會和協進會之間的互動也戛然而止。
今年初，北京方面進一步就香港涉台事務發出更嚴厲的訊息。
2月，香港親北京的大公報先後發表兩篇文章，強調台灣駐港機構必須遵守「一個中國」原則，又批評「台當局近來又對香港事務指手畫腳」。
3月初，大公報再次發表文章，指出保持台港關係順利平穩發展，要遵循兩條規矩，一是必須在「一個中國」原則下處理港台關係；二是港台關係的發展情形必須與兩岸關係發展水準相適應。
有右派人士認為，除了正常民間互動外，台港關係歷來敏感，在英國殖民管治時代如此，在香港主權轉移後更是如此。
但他們認為，在港英政府年代，台灣在港享有的政治空間相對較大，因為英國不會事事聽從北京；香港主權轉移後，因為北京方面嚴格執行「一中」原則而缺少彈性，台港關係也變得起伏不定。（編輯：楊昇儒）1070522
