欽泰國際董事長詹舜淇涉嫌詐貸44億元，北檢今天依銀行法等罪起訴並具體求刑8年。聯合報系資料照片分享 facebook 欽泰國際董事長詹舜淇與胞妹詹雅琳涉利用香港欽泰進行假交易，向14家銀行貸款新台幣164億餘元，尚餘9億8574萬餘元未償還。北檢今天依銀行法等罪起訴2人，並各具體求刑8年。台北地檢署新聞稿指出，詹舜淇擔任香港欽泰負責人，由胞妹詹雅琳擔任特助，利用泰山家族成員名義詐貸，挪用資金進行投資，詹舜淇還將360萬美元匯往美國購買飯店、為子女置產。. } }); } 北檢表示，詹舜淇、詹人氣產品排行榜產品雅琳在國內積欠各銀行高達9億8574萬餘元債務，債留台灣，犯後多所狡辯、推諉責任、不思悔悟，對於貸款流向交代不清，因此建請法院各從重量處有期徒刑8年。新聞稿指出，詹舜淇於民國101年間以從事電子零組件三角貿易為名，於香港註冊成立欽泰公司，經由女友引薦與大陸普天公司的子熱賣商品哪裡買公司北京巨龍合作，再利用女友、胞妹於香港成立的空殼公司進行三方假交易。北檢調查，北京巨龍向香港欽泰假意下單採購三星快閃記憶體晶圓、HTC手機及實際上不存在的記憶卡貨品，詹舜淇女友、胞妹成立的香港空殼公司則扮演供應商角色，助香港欽泰以不實訂單、發票等文件向銀行貸款。調查指出，香港欽泰公司自102年起向國內外14家銀行貸款次數共794筆，總金額共計5億4778萬6460美元，折合約新台幣164億3359萬3818元。105年8月間，詹舜淇與女友發生享好禮團購熱門產品糾紛，女友指示普天公司停止與超值推薦購物香港欽泰交易，導致「假交易、真借貸」模式無法運轉，香港欽泰資金周轉不靈，銀行陸續查扣詹相關資產抵債，尚餘9億8574萬餘元債務未償還。詹舜淇是泰山第3代成員，也是現任泰山董事長詹逸宏堂兄弟。詹舜淇、詹雅琳目前遭羈押，檢察官預計明天將全案移審至台北地方法院。
