想尿卻尿不出來 攝護腺患者慎進補
【台灣醒報記者蘇盈之台北報導】有尿意卻尿不出來，恐是攝護腺發炎造成的急性尿滯留。書田診所泌尿科主任杜元博提醒攝護腺肥大患者，切記不要進補過頭，以免造成發炎，進而無法排尿。他建議，有攝護腺症狀患者，進補食材也應避開黃耆等利尿成分、酒精類及其他刺激性成分，進補以一周一次較適宜。
年間寒流來襲，有民眾連吃4天燒酒雞進補，結果引起急性尿滯留而無法排尿，苦不堪言。杜元博表示，由於燒酒雞當中有黃耆等利尿食材，使得膀胱急性充尿；加上酒精屬刺激性食材，促成攝護腺發炎，引發急性尿滯留。「急性尿滯留若不慎延誤就醫，恐引發急性腎衰竭。」民眾需多加注意。
攝護腺肥大和膀胱功能不良是中老年人的常見困擾，年紀越大好發性越大，成因是攝護腺功能退化，40歲以上男性就會開始出現狀況，是每個男性都會遇到的狀況。因此杜元博建議，男性平時要留意攝護腺及膀胱保健，多攝取富維生素B群的綠色蔬菜、糙米、紫菜，還要增加纖維素幫助排便，維持排泄系統正常運作。
杜元博還補充，燒酒雞雖經烹煮後酒精已經揮發，但仍有刺激性。一般中醫都有「虛不受補」的觀念，民眾若想以中藥進補，必須評估自身的健康狀況，且要確實對症下藥，以免身體沒補到卻惹了病，得不償失。
