IC設計族最新群近期表現強勢，昨（3）日由IC設計族群拉抬多方，今日仍延續強勢表現，盤中包含原相、聯詠、敦泰、立積、瑞昱等走揚，其中，立積漲逾4.9%。法人看好IC設計族群，主要在四區塊：一、在5G概念股方面，5G市場持續擴大，相關將有望在此情況下提升市占率而推升獲利。二、在NB產業方面，因為產業整體僅呈現持平狀況，故僅聚焦在連接器改朝換代的受惠股，TYPE C及快充將帶來CONTROLLER需求的提升。三、在手機產業方面，因全面屏手機滲透率持續提升，過去的設計必須更改，尤其在P SENSOR、TDDI及屏下指紋辨識IC等，皆需要新設計的新產品去替代。四、在MOSFET缺貨概念股方面，受惠國際大廠退出，且電子產品的單位用量持續限時商品購買折扣提升下，加上目前庫存水位仍處於歷團購熱門商品特惠活動史水位低點，預期MOSFET缺貨將持續。. } }); } 在今日盤面亮點股方面，立積受惠投信連兩日買超，今年第一季每股純益（EPS）虧損 0.送禮最新18元，由於營運面逐漸擺脫去年頹勢，在WiFi射頻前端模組競爭力提升、貿易戰轉單效應及下半年旺季加持下，近期股價走揚。展望後續，隨著FEM比重提升，毛利率提升至37.9%。成功打入多平台設計、多個產品，而手機、平板與車用Wi-Fi也打入多品牌。
屏東強拆遷惹議 民代說辭不同
【台灣醒報記者譚有勝台北報導】針對屏東縣政府疑似強拆公勇路民宅，屏東市國民黨議員陳美瓊23日受訪時指出，公勇路拓寬案早前已和民眾開會，並取得多數人贊同拆遷的共識，政府的補償金也給足，並沒有強拆的問題。但無黨籍議員蔣月惠受訪時指出，公勇路「同意戶」從未拿過政府的錢，政府卻將錢匯入他們的銀行，住戶只能「被迫同意」拆遷，他們一定會抗爭到底。
國民黨議員陳美瓊受訪時表示，公勇路拓寬案早前在開會時，有很多住戶都有出席縣政府一同開會，當時也有很多住戶都反彈，畢竟住久了有感情。但她透露，多數居民經過與政府多次面談後，都贊同政府的作法，「雙方在公勇路拆遷案上都取得共識，只有少部分人反對」，且政府的徵收金額也是目前屏東發展案裡最高的金額，令所有人相當滿意，政府並不是一意孤行執行這個計劃。
陳美瓊認為，屏東市作為縣內重要的行政區塊，火車站的區域必須要更新才能保障多數人的利益。她在屏東縣待了16年，看到屏東市相當老舊，一直期待屏東可以有更新的機會。
民進黨立委周春米也指出，公勇路在火車站後方，算是屏東很舊的社區，這次的拓寬工程，從8米拓寬為12米，抵觸戶計有21戶，14戶是同意拆遷的，並在去年7月就請領了徵收與補償費。
周春米進一步說，14戶同意拆遷的部分，有11戶已在去年拆除，另外的3戶在今年7月16日進行拆遷，引起社會廣泛注意，但遭拆的都是同意戶的部分，政府並未強拆不同意戶的民宅。至於那些不同意拆遷的7戶，其中有6戶，過去也簽了同意書，但後來他們撤回自己的同意書，政府也未強拆這些住戶的房子。
周春米說，雖然被犧牲是件無奈的事情，沒有人願意成為犧牲的那一人，但在個人利益和公共利益之間，行政首長必須依照規定程序選擇公共利益，希望民眾能夠諒解。
但國民黨屏東縣長參選人蘇清泉在臉書上撰文指出，近來屏東市公勇路民宅拆除事件，恰巧與苗栗大埔張藥房重建時間相近，若以當時民進黨批評「大埔事件」國民黨政府的粗暴與傲慢，如今政府的作為是否又符合他們一再強調的土地正義？
蘇清泉說，檢視整件事情，就行政機關、施工單位及警察機關的進駐時間點，先不論縣府稱為工程的前置作業時間或是安全宣導時間，進駐現場的時間定為清晨5時前，難道不是擾民嗎？再者政府動用80多位警力戒備，造成更大的誤解與對立是否妥當？他建議，執政者面對衝突時，應更加柔軟的與民溝通，保障人民權益為優先。
無黨籍議員蔣月惠受訪時透露，公勇路「同意戶」從未拿過政府的錢，政府卻將錢匯入他們的銀行，住戶只能「被迫同意」拆遷。受害戶之一的自救會會長林寶戀受訪時也抨擊，政府將他們的土地和房子掛在土銀名下，還匯錢給他們，強迫他們賣，很多老人家完全不知道發生什麼事情，政府的行徑如同強盜，他們一定抗爭到底。
